2013 in review. I weighed 297.2 lbs on January 1 and I weigh 185.7 today. That’s 111.5 lbs down. As far as workouts go, I put in 487 workouts this year, for a total of 454 hours, 9 minutes. I burned 112,101 calories. At 3,500 calories per pound, 32 of my pounds lost were due to calorie burn from exercise, which means the other 79.5 lbs were from the simple act of refraining from eating 278,250 calories this year, or a daily deficit of 762 calories. I moved my ass 862.19 miles under my own power. 431.8 of those miles were on my feet either walking or running, 323.0 miles were biked, I kayaked 103.5 miles, and even swam 0.4 miles. I don’t even know what all that means except I’m pretty proud of my damn self. Oh, and I TOTALLY walked to Rivendell this year. Next year it’s Mordor or Bust!

I am all stupid levels of excited today. Went shopping last night for my trip to Chicago. Found all kinds of gorgeous clothes in sz. 12 and I think I know what I’m wearing for my picture. Finally. I even got a sexy LBD. Edit to add: and instead of paying $120 for one freaking outfit, I got, I dunno, like four for $20. Plus a warm fuzzy hat.
